A dagger of roses plunged through my heart, let’s lick up the blood and gaze the stars.

It’s Going to Get Better, I Hope

It’s going to get better,
don’t let your tears fall
it’s going to get better,
after all
we’re all human,
and we’ll reach out
and grab a million,
we’ll take all of them in
because inside is where the heart is,
we’re tired of facing hate
everywhere we go,
we picture a polite race.

We’re tired of soaking up our tears;
wiping our blood off the walls
getting in touch with the negative,
that has surrounded us all
life presents itself in such a horrid way
sometimes we wish we were never born,
and that we were never gay
but that’s who we are,
and no bully in this world can change that.

So, please, I beg
stop spilling our blood!

This horror must come to an end; how much more blood do these bullies want?

Oh, it saddens me that there is still so much ignorance in the world…you’d think we’d progressed enough by now to realise that we are all the same underneath, whatever our race, creed etc…keep writing, Brad! Heartfelt & moving xo

It saddens me, too. I hope hate gets left behind one day, but that would be wishing for a lot. Things should get better, not today, but tomorrow’s looking brighter. 😀
